Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Intro call

You will chat with a founder to learn more about Auba and the role.
Stage 2

Technical Phone Screen

After chatting with a founder you will go through an initial technical screen. This will consist of a light coding and system design exercise. The goal of this interview is to get a sense of how you think and what technical concepts you are familiar with.

If you pass this round, we will schedule the more in-depth system design and coding interviews. 
Stage 3

Founder Interview

After the technical screens you will have another conversation with one of the founders (values based). 
Stage 4

Reference Check

The last step of the process is reference checks!
